Ingredients:
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 10-oz. package frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2/3 cup chicken broth, heated
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Salt and pepper
